Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were comfortable and had an Air Conditioning unit, the garden was attractive, and the pool, though slightly chilly in late September, was a welcome addition. The service provided by Carlo, Paola, and the staff was warm and excellent, making our stay truly memorable.

Although the furnishings were a little tired, everything was clean and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and taking great pride in serving us. The location in Cortemilia was perfect to relax after a day of touring, recommended by Carlo, with fantastic villages and surrounded by rolling hills along the 'hazelnut road'. The dining experience was very good, especially with excellent service from Paola. Overall, it was a memorable experience that I'll never forget.
